Established in 1973, coming up on 50 years in business!

Matese was established by an Italian gentleman that came from a small town in Italy near Piedimonte Matese. He believed in homemade food with a great sauce. Matese is known for its Regular, Grandma, Sicilian & Spinach Alfredo Pies. The original owner is still working at Matese today!

In October of 2016, the business was sold to the current owner, Joe.  Joe formally owned Barone Pizza in Flushing on Main St. for over 40 years. He takes pride in the quality food and service provided here at the new Matese Pizzeria Restaurant.
